Tips and tricks on how I try to make sure that practically everything in a WordPress build is made editable by the client through the WordPress dashboard in some way shape or form.
The WordPress Dashboard sometimes be daunting to use for clients. Throw in a few Custom Post Types and common Plugins and what you have is a minefield of confusion for anyone not used to using it on a daily basis. In this talk I will discuss the concepts and code I used to combat this for our clients.

Our venue for large meetups is Harrisons which is in the city center, just off Glossop Road and a few steps from West Street.
The venue has plenty of room, a projector and a bar.
Mid-sized meetups happen upstairs at the Rutland Arms which is just up the street from the Showroom.
Here we have a smaller space with a large TV screen and a bar downstairs.
The meetup is chaired & organised by Kimb Jones the Creative Managing Director of local-WordPress agency Make Do. Kimb is a designer, developer and certified UK-WordPress rockstar (he wrote this himself).
